Le Comptoir Darna
A real homemade burger with good cheese and regular sized french fries!
For 99% of people, the hamburger is an American concept imported by fast food chains that have transformed the recipe to keep you coming back. Wrong! Hamburger as its name suggests comes from Germany and more specifically the city of Hamburg. The recipe was introduced in the United States, in the nineteenth century by German migrants making the crossing via the Hamburg-Amerika Linie.
Today the burger is made of beef, pickles, onions, lettuce, and sauce. Fast food chains like Mc Donalds have adapted the original recipe and created different variations of the classic burger.
Finally, Takeru Kobayashi, is a name you may not be familiar with, yet he holds the world record in the number of hamburgers eaten: 69 in 8 minutes.
Made in Marrakech decided to select some of the best burgers in town! Enjoy!
