"Mima Dar" is the result of a cross-cultural friendship.

It's the story of a friendship between two women. The first, a French woman born in Morocco who manages the Gallia Hotel, the hotel owned by her family for more than 70 years. The second character is a Moroccan woman, born in France who returned to her homeland after 50 years.

Each with a love of celebrations and good meals, they decided to build a home/restaurant where warmth and friendly atmosphere accompany each meal.

Today the story continues and is set in a 19th-century riad. The decor respects the traditional architecture of the country: tadelakt, zellig, carved wood, all while creating a comfortable atmosphere where guests are invited to dine.

As for the cuisine, guests are invited to discover traditional Moroccan flavours and unforgettable dishes. From the pastilla to couscous to a true Marrakchi dish, tanjia.

Plus, to wet your appetite, guests are offered a glass of milk flavoured with orange blossoms and a date.
