WELLBEING Nestled in the heart of the Kasbah, the Alhambra Baths, offer a variety of services with the sole purpose of relaxation for all its customers.
Located in the Medina, the Alhambra Baths are very easily accessible. Once in the Derb Rahala, turn right and you’ll find a beautiful door. Soft music and soft lighting will welcome you into the spa, the Alhambra is a nod to the Spanish origins of the owner but also the nickname of Marrakech, “The Red” (El Hamra). The spa offers all kinds of treatments, massages, beauty services and steam rooms. In the locker rooms, each customer receives a bathrobe and flip flops. On the ground floor there are two steam rooms, one is for couples, the second is for families. There are four kinds of steam baths offered, a hammam scrub and bath petals for a foot massage, green clay body wrap, sea salt scrub and a relaxation room. To cool your body a facial massage and foot massage will be offered, with mint tea or orange juice.
The customer is king
In addition to the hammam, the baths of Alhambra are specialized in massages. Customer can choose from ten different massages including a hot stone massage and a traditional Moroccan massage, most massages are performed with argan oil. The staff is graduate professionals and three physical therapists also work in the Alhambra, each listen to the customers needs attentively. Beauty care such as manicures, pedicures, waxing and body treatments are also available. Take the time to pay a visit, you won’t be disappointed!
