This is the case of Equestrian Management Services (EMS) that has acquired 40% of the land of Royal Ranches Marrakech, one of the lighthouses of Gulf Finance House projects in the Morocco.

This transaction represents the third project recently completed by the EMS in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Equestrian centre which will be carried out in Marrakech will be among the best in the region in terms of equipment and luxury.

Located on the 5 mountains of les heights, Ranches Marrakech, which will be erected on 380 hectares of land, is destined to become The EMS company based in Dubai, offers solutions to businesses from equestrian entertainment and innovative real estate development to education and tourism. Specialist in the creation and management of equestrian areas, notably in Ajman and Dubai, it plans to install for the Royal Ranches Marrakech a riding club for 200 horses, villas and apartments.

The design of the project will be based on the specificities of the Moroccan culture and will reflect the historical significance of the horses in the Kingdom. "The Royal Ranches Marrakech will be a unique equestrian experience for fans of this sport around the world, while at the same time providing opportunities for growth in the local and regional economy", said a news release.

The President of the Royal Marrakech, Esam Janahi Ranches, said at the signing of this agreement, September 22, 2008, that "Royal Ranches Marrakech was designed as the best equestrian complex which combines the luxury of a hotel 5 stars and the charm of the wild life, and the Equine Management Services provides a great experience in this field.". Their commitment will enrich the project and will provide a unique experience to the riding enthusiasts around the world. »

For its part, the Chairperson of the EMS, Eileen Verdieck, said "A Royal Ranches Marrakech, we have a partner that shares our goals;" and to the Morocco, we enjoy of une historical and rich equestrian tradition will be amply reflected in our achievements. "The new equestrian centre will be designed and developed by the EMS and ensure the implementation of the HoofbeatZ program is a comprehensive and sustainable equestrian management system designed to extend the base lovers of horseback riding through the use of activities and innovative, educational and entertaining games focused on the horse.

Royal Ranches Marrakech is the second complex that experts in the development of infrastructure of Gulf Finance House have launched in the Morocco. The first being the Royal Resort Cape Malabata.
