"The Arab world and the failure of development strategies: approaches in thought and practice", this is complex, wide but more than important theme discussed since July 18 at the universities of Marrakech and extend until July 24.

This second edition of the summer of ' Minbar Al-Hourria "University (Freedom Forum) presents itself as an educational and cultural project and supports free trade, peace and prosperity that advocates the Atlas Foundation (Global Initiative). In collaboration with the Faculty of law in Marrakech and in partnership with the Institute Quito in Washington DC, this approach brought together academics, researchers, scientists and experts to discuss topics that affects the Arab societies with all the complexities they have and with may be solutions to the key to addressing the issues present in this part of the world.

This meeting was more important that anyone realizes and could encourage more national and international researchers to come meet and look for real solutions to long term.
