ADVENTURE The Morocco Motorcycle Tour 2012, is a tour in luxury, 5 star hotels, Moroccan cuisine and breathtaking scenery, a dream week for all bikers.
For the first edition, from 6th to 13th of October, the tour will be about re-discovering the treasures of Morocco rather than an actual competition and enjoying the change of scenery from south to north and mountains to deserts. The departure will be from Casablanca, after a night at the Hyatt Regency, the next day Fez and the legendary Palais Jamai, then on to the desert and the hotel Xa Luca. Another night will follow in the region, in Zagora, there will be a four-star camp in the Sahara, then on to to Ouarzazate and its Berber Palace. Finally the tour will arrive at the prestigious Palace Mamounia, in the heart of Marrakech, here a special gala dinner will be held to mark the occasion. In total, 1,585 kilometers will be traveled, taking in along the way, legendary venues like the Tichka, the legendary Medina of Fez, the village of Tazenakht and lush forests.
The organizers of the Morocco Motorcycle Tour are also behind the ‘Classic Rally of Morocco’ a renowned race, for the past eighteen years. This time participants won’t be competing against each other, the tour will be about enjoying the simple pleasure of riding on a bike, through the country. A true bike made for the road, is needed to participate to travel 1.500 km distance, the organization will offer to carrier your engine and take care of your luggage every day. A wagon, a technician, a map and medical assistant will accompany the tour.
