Livraison du premier lot des villas à Tamansourt

SOCIETY Delivery of the first tranche of the economic villas 'Riad Al Harmal' of the new city of Tamansourta occurred Monday after - noon in the presence of the wali of Marrakech-Tensift-Al Haouz region, Mr. Mounir Chraïbi. Initiated by the regional establishment of planning and Construction (ERAC) - Tensift, this operation is part the strategy of the Ministry of supervision the new cities and follow-up by local authorities in the implementation, in the best conditions, different sites open in this large urban project.
The delivery takes place in accordance with the commitments made by ERAC - Tensift at different meetings, one held in 2 - th anniversary of the city of Tamansourt organized on December 23.
This first operation will be, for example, strengthened in the weeks to come by other deliveries, taking into account the large number of projects being completed, said a release from the ERAC.
This operation is also an opportunity to raise awareness of all stakeholders for the development of the city, through the realization of the equipment of proximity to meet the needs of the people and guarantee their life pleasant and harmonious, reads it in the document.
Located at 7 Km from Marrakech, the new city of Tamansourt was launched by SM the King Mohammed VI on December 21, 2004 for the purpose of unblock Marrakech and polarize urbanization areas of peripheral expansion.
Tamansourt which has a land base with an overall area of 1,180 ha to accommodate 300,000 inhabitants for an investment of 24.5 billion dirhams, must provide mental housing.
