Initiated 26 February with the National Coordination of the National Initiative for the human development (NIHD), in partnership with the Millennium Challenge Acount (MCA), this training session is organized for the benefit of 72 beneficiaries, including heads of divisions of social action (DAS) in number of prefectures and provinces, officials of the services in charge of the AGR and the provincial development committees human, and facilitators of neighbourhoods and municipalities.

In a statement to the MAP, the Chief of the DAS in the Prefecture of Sidi Bernoussi, Mustapha Ben Zahir has indicated that the best way to fight against marginalization and social precariousness and poverty to create, in the NIHD, AGR for the benefit of the targeted populations.

He, also, felt that this training session will allow participants a perfect mastery of the tools of technical assessment of the needs of the people targeted and appropriate method for their financing, with a view to the creation of AGR guaranteeing a stable income for targeted people.

Same sound of a Bell in the Chief of the DAS of the wilaya of Tadla - Azilal, Mohamed Atlout, who, this training fits in the philosophy of the NHRIS which sets among its objectives the strengthening of local capacity.

This training will have to continue soon at Agadir, Fez and Tangiers with the participation of 280 frames, will affect different aspects, which will allow the beneficiaries to acquire new expertise, that at the level of this region of the Kingdom, it has already carried out a participatory diagnosis to better know the potential of this area of the social economy.

The head of the Prefecture of Ben me sik DAS, Abdelkader Hassani found, that this second training session is a laudable initiative, because to stop on the efficient means to perpetuate the AGR and small projects on a minimum period of 10 years.

"Montage of the AGR and business plan","in the cockpit of the AGR and business plan","technical maintenance and select AGR","management of the strategy of development of the AGR/selection of the projects","technical negotiations and conflict management","coaching of teams, technical communication and negotiation" are the main themes discussed in the workshops organized on this occasion.
