At the time, our artist was invited to the Tribeca Festival with seven other young directors Moroccan which had benefited from a Master Class of cinema on the margins of the fifth international Marrakech film Festival.

Noureddine was the student of a certain Martin Scorsese and Abbas Kiarostami. Throughout his career, the photographer draws what he sees, what it is and what he feels for the result through the lens that reflects its extreme sensitivity. "Human observes the world more that inhabits it.

All started for Noureddine Tilsaghani by the first spring of the photo at the French Institute in his hometown. He then exposes his first art after Cologne, Germany photography training.

Indeed, Noureddine Tilsaghani is also a videographer. He tells us: "I started as a photographer, I then went to the moving image, I therefore became a videographer. "I have first made of video Art, then the documentary and it was after I switched to fiction". On this double passion, he said: "passing of the photo to video or vice versa allows me to break the monotony that can be caused by the use of a single medium of expression".

In addition to the numerous exhibitions at the Morocco and abroad, this great passion for the image in all its forms has to his credit a dozen short films including "Laptop" who represented our country in official competition at the last edition of the festival of Carthage in Tunisia.

His films have earned him several dedications. It is three times winner of the national Salon of photographic and quadrupled award-winning art at the Festival of video art of Casa.

It is not all! Noureddine Tilsaghani has held other positions at the cinema. "I also worked as chief operator on two documentaries including"The white thread"of Khalid Benkirane, who participated in the last festival in Dubai."

"I was also Chief operator of the film medium by Brahim Hanai"Small red bonnets", which will be released soon", tells the artist.

Today, Noureddine Tilsaghani worked as independent Director for a European television channel which broadcast 80 jewels, "Fruits of 2,032 in Moroccan grounds of exception". In parallel, he continued to take pictures of art. Photographer, videographer, cinéasteÉ

Noureddine Tilsaghani behind his discretion and his mystery man multi-faceted, great passion for the image. He says shyly: "the fact to switch between all that I allows me to always have the fraîchesÉ ideas" to the delight of his audience.

The Morocco photography

"Photography in the Morocco is not yet regarded as a full-fledged art, but I think it will come if it ceases to look at the work of artists photographers in the first degree" said us Noureddine Tilsaghani.

Indeed, this art is regarded as the poor Visual child at the Morocco. It seems to be poor and evolve very slowly.

It is still limited to stereotyped images. It has not yet managed to exceed this stage to a more creative image.
