Located on the road to Ourika, InterContinental Marrakech Resort & Spa extends over an area of 34 hectares of which 15% built.

The rest will be located in the garden of Andalusian inspiration with fountains. "The project requires an investment of 1.2 billion DH," indicates Youssefi, funded 40% equity. To do this, three marketing under the Intercontinental entity contracts were signed in London, Paris and Moscow. Construction work started already 2 months ago. The opening of the complex is scheduled for the first quarter of 2011. The project should generate more than 1,000 direct jobs and indirect 2,500, according to the top management of Cadex.

Remember that the parent IHG is one of the largest hotel groups in the world. It owns, manages, gives free or lease almost 4,000 hotels and more 585.000 rooms in nearly 100 countries. In addition to the "InterContinental Marrakesh Resort & Spa", Cadex group currently has in project the gardens of Benslimane and other hotel properties in Marrakech.
