SOCIETY The working class celebrated Thursday last in Marrakech the labour day of meetings and parades during which workers affiliated with the different trade unions reiterated their claims social and physical improvement of the conditions of life and work of the working class.<br>

Unions especially called for the respect of the labour code, to the increase in wages and social dialogue with the Government.

According to, the demonstrators, the social component is marked by the deterioration of social conditions of the working class of Marrakech by the soaring prices, the cost of living, the deterioration of public services.

The application of the labour code, the SMIG and the protection of social rights and the revitalization of Trade Union action are also part of the claims of the working-class Marrakchi.
