It's Friday that ended the second academic meeting of summer of Minbar Al hourria who was placed under the major theme: "the Arab world and the failure of development strategies: approaches in thought and practice". It is on that day, the biggest decisions of development initiatives have been taken and 2 major cases have been highlighted during this meeting.

1. The first concerns the inactivity of some Arab countries to reform their justice system and come to consolidate its independence with our country for example on the reform of justice based on the laws and charters of the country.

2 - The latter being the integration and consolidation to the participation of women in the society for the resolution of political, social and economic problems. Could highlight the problem of the lack of women putting their knowledge at the service of society while many have the necessary capabilities required. Some countries have also incorporated a quota system for real and effective and not legal and formal equality.

This meeting was able to bring together researchers, academics, science from various Arab countries and Western as Syria, Iraq, Egypt, France and from the Morocco with the common goal of debating on topics as broad as possible on issues related to the contemporary Arab world in General.
